Social Sign-on Options on myJacksonCounty
Social sign-on, otherwise known as authentication, is a form of single sign-on using existing information from other accounts you have. This prevents myJacksonCounty users from having to worry about remembering another email and password combination.
Instead, you can sign in to myJacksonCounty with your Facebook, Apple, or Google accounts by clicking on the desired option on the login page.
If you choose any of these options, a window will pop up for you to sign in on the desired platform. If already signed in with your browser, you may not need to sign in at all! Keep in mind that if you do select a social sign-on option, you will need to select this option each time you visit the website.
Note:
- For profiles created using a social sign-on the email address cannot be changed in the profile. Please contact Support for assistance by using the blue "Hi. Need any help?" widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- You are not able to change the password associated through PayIt with a social sign-on option. You must change the password on the platform you chose.
