Change my Email Address on myJacksonCounty
You can use the steps listed below to change the email address on your account:
1. Log In to your myJacksonCounty Profile
2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Click on the Edit button next to the "Email Address" section
4. Enter your new email address, confirm the email address, and then click Save
Note: For profiles created using a social sign-on option with Apple, Facebook, or Google, the email address cannot be changed in the profile. Please contact Support for assistance by using the blue "Hi. Need any help?" widget in the bottom right corner of the screen.
