Reset or Change my Password on myJacksonCounty

Reset your password

If you have forgotten your myJacksonCounty password or are locked out of your account, click this link to get it reset. A password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. 

Change your password

To change your password, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to myJacksonCounty and click on the profile icon in the upper right corner of the webpage. 

2. Scroll down to the "Password" section and click Edit. 

3. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password and click Save.

Note: You are not able to change the password associated with a social sign-on (i.e. Apple, Facebook, or Google). You must change the password on the platform you chose.
