Search Tips to Find a Property on myJacksonCounty

Account Number

Individual Name

Business Name

• When searching using the Business Name do not enter business type such as "LLC"
• Remove punctuation or special characters such as "&" or "."

Address

• For directional streets, include the direction (North, South, East, West, etc) the street name
• Do not include words or abbreviations like Drive, Court, Pl, Ave, Street, etc.
• Try dialing back the search to include only the first few characters or first word of the street name
