Find a Receipt on myJacksonCounty
After completing a payment on myJacksonCounty, a receipt will be sent via email. If you were signed in, a receipt will also be stored in the "Payment History" section of your profile. Follow the steps below to find a receipt in your profile:
1. Sign in to the myJacksonCounty profile used to make the payment
2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner and click Payments
3. In the "Payment History" section select a receipt to view more information
