Find a Receipt on myJacksonCounty
Once your myJacksonCounty payment is complete you'll receive a receipt by email confirmation. If you were signed in, a receipt will also be stored in the "Receipts" section of your profile.
Follow the steps below to find a receipt in your myJacksonCounty profile:
1. Sign in to myJacksonCounty
2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner
3. Click on the Receipts tab and then select the desired receipt to see more detailed transaction information
