Locate Official Property Tax Receipts on myJacksonCounty
Official property tax receipts are public records that reflect current ownership and can be accessed through myJacksonCounty, even if paid outside the app.
After you have linked a property to your profile (see Add a Property on myJacksonCounty) you can view and print receipts from the past 5 years.
Note: If you need receipts older than five years or a historical document, please contact the Jackson County Collection Department by emailing collections@jacksongov.org or calling (816) 881-3232.
1. In the "Accounts" section of the dashboard, select the account.
2. From the "Billing History" section, select the year for which you need an official receipt.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the receipt to access your official county receipt.
To access a printer-friendly version of the receipt, click on the printer icon in the upper right corner of the webpage.
